R&S FSUP Signal Source Analyzer receives 2007 Best in Test award – R&S ESU receives honorable mention

Jan 21, 2007 - For the third time, Rohde & Schwarz has captured a Test & Measurement World award. The editors of the American trade journal named the brand-new R&S FSUP signal source analyzer the winner of the 2007 Best in Test award. As the world's only combined spectrum analyzer/phase noise tester up to 50 GHz, the analyzer was selected best product in the RF/microwave test category. The R&S FSUP allows extremely flexible and easy test setups, thus reducing investment costs. This major customer benefit was also recognized by the jury.

The prize is awarded annually to especially innovative or user-oriented products. For 2007, companies and users were allowed to nominate products in twelve categories, where the products had to have been launched between November 2005 and October 2006. The R&S ESU EMI test receiver, which impressed Test & Measurement World with its unrivaled measurement speed at ultra-high measurement accuracy, received honorable mention. The magazine thus paid tribute to Rohde & Schwarz’s many years of experience and skill in the field of EMC. Test & Measurement World is a market leader among the special interest journals that focus on T&M. With a circulation of 65 000, the magazine reaches about 130 000 readers, 55 % of whom are engineers in managerial positions.
