Service/Application Support
Our customer support department is capable of providing services not only to R&D laboratories, but also to production environments where downtime is critical. In addition, we also provide comprehensive system support for R&S radio monitoring, radiolocation and radio communication systems.
Service/Maintenance Contracts
Rohde & Schwarz INDIA offers its customers the following service modules:
- One time servicing - Applicable to customers who have an ad-hoc need for repair and service.
- Maintenance contract - Under this category, we offer our customers comprehensive as well as non-comprehensive maintenance contracts on case to case basis.
- On site repair - Applicable to customers who need the equipment to remain at their location due to long dispatch clearance formalities, having integrated system or want short turn around time.
- Operation and/or maintenance training - for customers who need training on specialized equipment.
